What kind of leather do you use for your products?

We exclusively use full-grain leather sourced from world-renowned tanneries like Horween and Wickett & Craig. This ensures each piece develops a beautiful patina and lasts a lifetime.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Since many of our items are handmade to order in our Atlanta studio, please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your order ships via your selected carrier.

Do you offer a warranty on your bags and accessories?

Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. All KMM & Co. products come with a lifetime guarantee on stitching and hardware. If it breaks, we will fix it.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' or customized with monogramming are not eligible for return.

How should I care for my KMM & Co. leather goods?

We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every 6-12 months to keep the leather hydrated. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture to maintain the integrity of the hide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
