Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather is protected from scratches during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
